Quality Systems Administrator I
role at Herbalife Nutrition, located at the Winston-Salem, NC facility. Responsibilities
Maintenance, management and deployment of systems within Herbalife’s global Quality unit, including performing system administrative tasks and day-to-day support for Quality Systems (e.g., Labware LIMS, Vaisala CMS, Valgenesis VLMS, QMS). Addressing and resolving system issues while communicating critical items to management, business process owners and users. What you would contribute
Administer security changes to quality systems applications (LIMS, LMS, QMS, etc.), including new user accounts, updating security privileges as authorized, and maintaining documentation. Maintain, manage and deploy quality systems applications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Gather user requirements and develop functional specifications for system configuration changes; configure, design, build and test new configuration objects and processes. Define scope of work for major upgrades through research and fact-finding, aligned with system and user requirements. Develop, modify and maintain forms and interfaces for data entry into Quality Systems; create specific report formats as needed. Provide end-user support on quality system applications; liaise with IT and vendors to investigate and resolve issues within agreed timeframes. Act as main contact for the data management process between IT and end users. Deliver training on specific areas of expertise and assist in developing system documentation and training materials/processes. Qualifications
3-5 years of experience administering Quality Enterprise Systems in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical or food environments. Solid understanding of relational database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MSSQL). Strong knowledge of Quality Systems and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements (FDA, EU, ICH). Experience with enterprise systems such as Labware LIMS & Waters Empower, Oracle, TraceGains QMS, etc. Ability to work with internal functional groups and outside vendors; strong communication and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated initiative and capability to work independently; effective interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills. Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, IT, or a scientifically related field. Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as Labware LIMS Administrator, Oracle Cloud, or equivalent. Experience building SAP Crystal Reports. Knowledge of lean/six Sigma methodology and tools. Physical Demands
Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly to communicate with employees and/or customers; light office work with some lifting and walking may be required. Work Environment
