Your Job i360 is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and possesses the design skills to shape the digital experiences of i360's users and volunteers. They care deeply about both aesthetics and functionality, shaping products that delight our customers. The UI/UX Designer will work with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered design solutions. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and contributes to establishing and maintaining design standards and best practices across the team and department.
Our Team i360 is the leading data and technology provider for the pro-free market political and advocacy community. Located in the Washington, DC, area, i360 builds solutions central to how issue advocacy groups and political campaigns use data and technology. As a result, our sits at the center of driving voter engagement in the upcoming campaign cycle and beyond. We value teammates with strong communication skills, a passion for leveraging front-end technologies to create user-friendly applications, and a desire to see their work significantly impact and empower people to participate in the political process.
What You Will Do
Work on the UI/UX of a variety of web applications and mobile applications, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other internal teams to understand and align design with business requirements.
Build wireframes to conceptualize landing page designs to accurately convey the user journey.
Design and generate fully interactive HTML prototypes, wireframes and click-throughs which were used for client presentations, mock-ups, as well as user-testing studies using tools like Figma, Adobe.
Present end-to-end designs for stakeholders across different teams.
Keep up to date on industry trends, establish and advocate for UX/UI best practices, guidelines and standards, and emerging technologies; contribute to improvements in process and workflow.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Experience working as a UX/UI Designer owning design and work independently
Experience working and creating wire framing in design tools in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience creating wire frames, prototypes, mock-up creations and user flows.
Experience applying user-centered design principles, interaction and responsive design.
Experience creating web and mobile application design.

Experience with CSS and HTML
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience conducting user research
Experience designing within the political domain
