Location & Work Style Hybrid – must reside within one hour of our customer’s site. Onsite presence required Mondays and Tuesdays.
Eligible Remote States: NC, FL, GA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA.
Overview The Systems Analyst II – Epic Business Applications is responsible for leading the build, rollout, and ongoing support of assigned Epic application(s). This role encompasses all aspects of application support, including but not limited to design and analysis, configuration and testing, system documentation, and training as needed.
Responsibilities
Lead design and analysis efforts for Epic applications.
Configure and test application settings.
Document system processes and configurations.
Provide training to end users.
Serve as second‑level support, troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
Collaborate with Information Services, customer departments, and vendors to leverage Epic applications for performance improvement and decision‑making.
Licensure & Certification
Required: EPIC Certification in area of responsibility.
Preferred: Additional certification, licensure, or registration in field of practice.
Education Requirements
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field.
Associate’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field.
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
Experience Requirements
With a Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum 3 years of related experience, including 2 years of direct experience.
With an Associate’s Degree: Minimum 5 years of related experience, including 4 years of direct experience.
With a High School Diploma: Minimum 7 years of related experience, including 6 years of direct experience.
Skills & Qualifications
Epic Grand Central expertise.
Epic application knowledge.
EPIC certification.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Pay And Benefits Pay range: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year.
