In partnership with senior Digital leadership, the Digital Product Analyst directly supports the delivery, direction, and support of digital experiences at UFCU to improve the Member Experience. This role collaborates with and is the liaison between IT and Business teams; understands and articulates Member needs and overall business goals; and plans for the related digital experiences. The Digital Product Analyst analyzes current digital experiences, utilizing insights and research from Members and UFCU staff. This role collaborates with teams to help develop and update the roadmap of experiences to be delivered, and supports cross-functional business and technical teams to execute against the roadmap. Digital Product Owner
Support the prioritization of the digital product backlog and help determine priorities to ensure optimal value based on internal feedback, leveraging knowledge about Members, the market, industry, UFCU, and other data. With minimal support, determine scope and set direction for digital experiences while collaborating with the Digital Product team (led by a Member Systems Manager) and the Operations team (led by the Director responsible for operationalizing the experience). Seek to understand staff challenges as an active participant in Operational Readiness meetings and involve necessary team members to work on solutions. Serve as a liaison between UX, Marketing, and Product Management to gather and share insights, including Member feedback. Digital Product Management
Partner to create and maintain the digital roadmap, backlog, and planning process for digital experiences, including roadmap communication to internal stakeholders. Ensure digital roadmap prioritization is vetted, sequenced, and aligned with internal teams through collaborative approaches. Advocate for innovation within digital experiences that can inform long-term plans and strategy while staying current on digital technologies and trends within and outside of the credit union industry to anticipate future developments and Member needs. Leverage a growth mindset to understand staff inputs and needs while learning from other credit unions, banks, and industries to advance UFCU’s digital experiences. Other

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Four years of relevant experience may substitute for degree) Minimum five (5) years of experience in digital product management or supporting digital applications/projects One (1) year of experience managing mobile or online digital solutions in an agile or continuous delivery model Must be bondable Preferred Requirements
Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar) Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) Experience with ideation techniques At least one (1) year of Financial Services or FinTech experience Physical Demands
