This role involves monitoring equipment and manufacturing processes with minimal supervision, setting up, cleaning, and maintaining equipment, reacting appropriately to unanticipated conditions, observing product quality, and completing documentation according to good manufacturing practice guidelines. Enjoy a unique 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts, allowing for extended weekends while maintaining a single-shift schedule. Responsibilities:
Learn and adhere to department policies, procedures, and guidelines. Complete documentation per current good manufacturing practices. Identify and address quality issues with the appropriate teams. Review procedures and batch records, suggest improvements, and assist during pre and post-run activities. Inspect equipment for cleanliness, sign off at the end of processes, and report material and equipment status accurately. Assist with implementing new equipment with engineering and validation teams. Coordinate with the warehouse for staging and supply needs. Support as a backup Team Leader if applicable. Qualifications:
High School diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related scientific field is desirable. At least 5 years of manufacturing experience in pharmaceuticals or similar environments as an Operator or Technician. Experience with validation, troubleshooting, and document management. Basic technical or mechanical knowledge. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and understand equipment and process flows. Proficient in basic math, including algebra and measurements. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Additional Information
