215288 Responsibilities
Provide daily configuration, support, and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors modules and related HCM systems, focusing on the Position Management module and supporting Recruiting and Onboarding. Manage updates and integrations, and ensure accurate, compliant data exchange with internal and external platforms. Collaborate on system projects and implementations with cross-functional teams to optimize system capabilities and ensure seamless execution. Analyze HR processes and recommend system improvements. Lead testing, deliver end-user training, and resolve system issues to ensure functionality, adoption, and data integrity. Ensure system compliance, manage upgrades and patches, and support reporting, analytics, and audits. Qualifications
Required: Hands-on configuration and daily support of SAP SuccessFactors modules. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Required: Deep expertise in the SuccessFactors Position Management module. Required: Deep expertise in one or more additional SuccessFactors modules: Succession, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding, and Compensation. Required: Strong understanding of HR business processes, including data management, alignment of business goals, succession management, and recruitment. Required: Experience with system integrations, testing, and troubleshooting. Required: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred: Basic knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Integration Suite. Preferred: Understanding of role-based permissions, security administration, and data privacy compliance. The annual salary range is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00.
