The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and one (1) to seven (7) years of experience handling automobile accident litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the New York State Bar is required. Responsibilities
Manage automobile accident litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery. Conduct hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials as needed. Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings; draft and argue motions. Take and defend depositions; work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Develop strong writing and analytical skills to manage multiple projects. Qualifications
Admitted to the New York State Bar. 1 to 7 years of experience in automobile accident litigation with trial exposure. Strong research and writing skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team. Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: USD $135,000.00/Yr. to USD $175,000.00/Yr. We offer competitive compensation and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k with employer match.
