Key Duties
Conduct remote notarization of mortgage documents for clients in various locations.
Verify the identity of signers and administer oaths or affirmations as required.
Accurately complete notarial certificates and logs.
Ensure compliance with state and federal notary laws and regulations.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with clients.
Candidate Profile
Must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Active Notary Public commission in your state.
Proficient in remote notarization platforms and technologies.
Knowledgeable about mortgage documents and industry terminology.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with relevant state and federal notary laws and regulations.
Requirements High-speed Internet, a reliable computer with a camera and microphone, and a home office setup.
Compensation $125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
