Support Associate - White House Black Market. Join our fashion-obsessed team, dedicated to a styling and social experience that makes women feel beautiful. Location: 6721 Springfield Mall, Springfield, VA. Position objective and duties described by the retailer include supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture through merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Responsibilities

Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor; reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space. Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner. Enter all receiving documents into the computer system; reconcile merchandise invoices; complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely. Process visual packet materials, props, and signage in a timely manner; properly store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc. Participate in pricing changes and markdowns. Alert store management to cash supply needs. Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc., as directed. Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization. Model and promote customer service standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience. Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving and seek personal developmental opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Previous stock or cashier experience preferred Must be 16 years of age or older Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift Ability to work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired Willingness to wear/communicate with headset Regular attendance and ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements

Constant walking/standing for 67-100% of an 8-hour shift Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs (1-33% of an 8-hour shift) Frequent climbing (34-66% of an 8-hour shift) Equal Opportunity Employer
