Link Solutions is seeking a Networking Administrator (Associate-Level) to join our team at White Sands Missile Range, NM. Must be a US Citizen Must have an active DoD Top Secret Clearance Non-remote (relocation incentive available) Responsibilities

Support daily network operations, maintenance, and security at the Army Research Laboratory in White Sands Missile Range, NM. Support routine monitoring and performance management of network systems. Help ensure the enforcement of cybersecurity policies in accordance with DoD security protocols. Install and support network operating systems and applications. Evaluate and maintain telecommunications systems under the guidance of senior staff. Identify and troubleshoot network-related issues across LAN, wireless, and encryption environments. Participate in the implementation of network policies, standards, and procedures. Provide user support and training on basic network functionality and tools. Regularly report to a Senior Network Administrator for task assignments and technical direction. Must be a US Citizen. Must have an active DoD Top Secret Clearance BA/BS Degree or an AA in computer science or information technology with two (2+) additional years of experience. One (1+) year of relevant experience working in IT enterprise network engineering. IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.). Advanced knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), security standards (802.1X, 802.11, MAC bridging), and media access control systems. Demonstrated experience in network segmentation, traffic management, and secure network architecture design. In-depth knowledge of network tools, monitoring platforms, and documentation best practices. Ability to plan and implement large-scale network configurations and upgrades while minimizing downtime. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 certification Experience with incident management within the ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform. Familiarity with NIST, STIG, RMF, and Federal Information Systems Controls. Working knowledge of hardware configuration management tools and logistics tracking systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures. Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment. A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems. Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
