The Architectural Designer will support the Architecture Director in taking projects from concept through permit-ready documentation. You’ll contribute to both creative and technical aspects of design, including drawings, presentations, and consultant coordination. Key Responsibilities
Produce CAD drawings, floor plans, massing studies, and renderings. Integrate code, zoning, and site-specific requirements into design. Develop Design Development and Construction Document sets. Coordinate with consultants and respond to review comments and RFIs. Support permit submittals, invoicing, and QA/QC processes. Maintain organized project documentation and file systems. Qualifications
Experience : 3+ years in an architectural design firm, with a focus on residential or commercial construction in South Florida. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; licensure in progress or completed preferred. Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Strong drafting and communication skills.
