Note:
This hybrid position requires employees to work on a hybrid schedule, with three days per week in-office at our client's NYC office.

The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 3 years of experience in tax, trusts, and estates law, with bar admission in at least one state where our client has an office.

Job Description
Advise clients on estate planning, wealth transfer, and asset protection strategies
Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
Handle estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings
Provide tax planning advice for high-net-worth individuals and families
Conduct legal research on federal and state tax issues impacting estates and trusts
Collaborate with colleagues in tax, corporate, and litigation practices as needed
Maintain strong client relationships through responsive and clear communication
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
At least 3 years of experience in tax, trusts, and estates law
LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred
Bar admission in at least one state where our client has an office (NY, NJ, FL, etc.)
Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
Excellent academic credentials and ability to manage multiple matters effectively
