Paralegal Growing law firm in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Workers Compensation Paralegal with workers compensation defense experience to join their team. $55-60k. A flexible, hybrid schedule is available with this opportunity! Qualified candidate will have 1-3+ years of experience as a paralegal in the workers’ compensation sector. Experience drafting/preparing reports, (such as medical record summaries, deposition summaries, trial memorandums, discovery summaries), preparing trial notebooks, trial prep, subpoenas and preparing settlement documents is required.
