Essential Functions
General ledger entries and reconciliations (15%)
Determine cost of operations by analyzing operational data (20%)
Audit inventory processes (10%)
Guide cost analysis processes and recommend actions (10%)
SOX reporting and compliance (5%)
Provide training on lean activities (5%)
Generate margin analysis reports (5%)
Analyze data for process improvements (5%)
Develop and document standard work practices (5%)
Prepare special reports and revenue analysis (20%)
Required Skills and Qualifications
Self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to handle detailed work under deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/BAAN preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with SOX compliance
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Required Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
