AP Specialist

KBW FInancial Staffing and Recruiting is partnering with a client in Dover, NH in their search for an AP Specialist. This position is going to be onsite and report to theDirector of Finance. Key Responsibilities: Process, audit, and enter invoices, expense reports, and other accounting records accurately and on time. Generate checks regularly and distribute as required. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. Contribute to the development of procedures for improved compliance. Manage vendor relations and resolve disputes professionally. Complete and maintain Accounts Payable performance and volume reports. Control unused Accounts Payable checks. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of accounts payable principles. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft applications. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
