Responsibilities
Engage with callers, actively listen, analyze, and diagnose technical issues
Provide patient and empathetic support for time-sensitive technical issues
Navigate multiple applications to research and resolve problems
Multitask in systems while giving clear, step-by-step instructions
Maintain calm in conflict and handle frustrated customers with service orientation
Work independently in a hybrid onsite/home environment with a full-time schedule
Handle high-volume inbound calls in a structured, focused manner
Use a wired headset for the duration of the shift
Requirements
At least 18 years old
High School Diploma or equivalent
Able to pass a criminal background check
Live within a reasonable driving distance to Greenville, SC
Able to start onsite and later transition to a hybrid schedule based on performance
Full-time availability with overtime opportunities as needed
Able to maintain strict adherence to the assigned schedule
Shift flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong computer skills and typing ability (at least 30 wpm)
Excellent English written and verbal communication
Professional, courteous demeanor
Ability to follow procedures and policies
Ability to communicate clearly and exchange accurate information
Experience with multitasking while on calls
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Empathy and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a call center setting with in-building onsite and remote hybrid work
Preferred: previous call center experience, diabetes/medical background, and technical support or troubleshooting experience
Location and schedule This role is located onsite at 650 Executive Center Dr., Greenville, SC 29615. It is a hybrid role based on performance. When you move to the hybrid phase, the following home-office requirements apply:
Company provides equipment; a built-in webcam is required for training and meetings
Secure, quiet, distraction-free home environment during shifts
Private home office room with a door; no shared spaces
Monitor must not face a window if the office is on the ground floor
Hardwired internet (DSL, Fiber, or Cable) with Ethernet; no dial-up/mobile hotspot/satellite
