As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach you will be at the forefront of implementing agile methodologies within a dynamic team environment. You will collaborate with team members to support agile and scrum practices, including planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams across multiple workstreams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in project delivery. Utilize analytical skills to assess project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and propose actionable solutions. Organize and prioritize tasks to maintain the team\'s efficiency and effectiveness. Be well-versed in agile frameworks and possess a strong understanding of Scrum principles. Coach, mentor, and guide technical leads, product owners, and delivery teams on Scrum principles, Agile practices, and self-organizing behaviors to improve performance and align with Agile values and best practices. Partner with team leads and functional managers to establish and maintain operating rhythms (planning, stand-ups, demos, retros, backlog refinement). Lead and continuously improve the OKR management process at the team level, ensuring OKRs are aligned, visible, and reviewed consistently. Act as a delivery partner to managers and product owners, supporting delivery governance, roadmap cadence, and change adoption. Required Qualifications

5 years of experience driving business agility and transformation. Experience with client-facing responsibilities such as tracking requirements and presenting to senior leaders. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Certifications such as PMI-ACP, PMP, SAFe Agilist, AgilePM, Agile Coach, ICP-ATF or ICP-AC. Security Clearance

Must have TS/SCI federal security clearance. The pay range for the specified locations is $100,300—$150,100 USD.
