Responsibilities

Configure, install, monitor, and maintain desktop software, hardware, and peripherals, including support for a mobile workforce. Provide consultation and assistance to users on all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software. Take ownership of technical issues, ensuring end-to-end problem resolution and communication with employees. Provide on-site user training as necessary. Resolve and close tickets and work orders related to end-user desktops and peripherals. Respond to escalated support issues from the Helpdesk. Contribute as a project team member to global desktop installation and upgrade projects. Diagnose and resolve issues remotely using remote tools. Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues. Document customer interactions and maintain asset records in the incident management system. Perform data recovery and data migration from hard drives. Support remote access, including VPN and wireless/broadband connectivity for laptops. Install and configure local and network printers.
