SIGINT Systems Administrator (Low-Band Journeyman)

Overview CACI is seeking a SIGINT Systems Administrator (Low-Band Journeyman) to join the CACI team at Beale AFB, CA. You will resolve IT hardware and software infrastructure (servers, network, security, etc.) issues using systems analysis techniques and procedures to ensure proper function of hardware, software, or system specifications. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with IT infrastructure including user systems, servers, storage, and network connectivity. You will provide system administration for assigned infrastructure and establish and maintain system security. You will apply security patches and OS upgrades to ensure security and integrity of the technical environment, support new infrastructure projects, and maintain configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure. This is not a remote position. Selected candidate must be willing to work onsite at Beale AFB, CA and have an active TS/SCI clearance prior to hire.

Responsibilities

Manages/supports LBS software and processes.

Maintains LBS software to operate and interface with multiple sensors, sites, and systems.

Provides LBS technical and engineering software support.

Provides system administration for CICS and the LBS software components.

Performs system administration support to the Planning and Direction, Collection, Processing and Exploitation, Analysis and Production, and Dissemination (PCPAD) processes.

Creates, updates, and responds to LBS Incident tickets.

Provides comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the SIGINT software/systems (including hardware maintenance for Legacy) associated with ground components.

Supports SRM or MT in comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the SIGINT system/sensors and associated end-to-end network paths.

SIGINT subject matter expert that provides sustainment support during system upgrades.

Supports data encryption changes and implementation.

Supports post-upgrade efforts in accordance with technical data, TTPs, and OIs. Provides on-the-job training to AFP and identifies sustainment support improvements that reduce the logistics footprint.

Performs Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO), Time Compliance Network Orders (TCNO), etc. as directed.

Supports SRM or MT for LBS system readiness, system/mission configuration relative to the sensor or communications link.

Supports LBS pre-mission tasks (system reboots, ground rings, etc.).

Provides real-time SIGINT assistance/support to SRM or MT, maintainers, operators and users.

Collects LBS information for mission debrief.

Evaluates LBS anomalies such as maintenance actions and incident tickets.

Submits LBS incident tickets and performs software/hardware maintenance actions as required.

Provides LBS information for mission debrief to SRM or MT.

Qualifications

Security+ CE certification.

Associate's Degree in a technical field or ≥5 years of DCGS experience.

Active TS/SCI security clearance.

≥1 year of COMINT experience.

Linux/UNIX experience is desired.

This is a shift-work position.

Pay and Benefits The proposed salary range for this position is $82,700 - 173,900 USD. CACI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
