Stephens Excelling in customer service by addressing all aspects of client insurance needs in a timely manner. Maintaining retention by conducting annual reviews with clients, providing stewardship reports, insurance schedules, and proposals, and managing pre-renewal activities for premier clients. Handling tasks such as endorsements, invoicing, file setup, and addressing any accounting issues arising from internal operations or carrier-related matters. Performing new business processes, obtaining signatures and required documents, validating policy accuracy, delivering welcome packets, and reviewing any necessary corrections with the client and carrier. Effectively communicating with clients and insurance carriers to review policy and premium agreements and process policy transactions. Issuing binders, insurance certificates, auto ID cards, and other documentation as required. Manage, organize, and conduct client meetings, virtually or physically, as necessary and coordinate client renewal meetings/calls to ascertain changes in their risk exposures or program concerns. Initiating applications/submissions, assembling loss and exposure histories, and creating marketing documentation for account executives and clients. Reviewing and validating ratings, premium and tax calculations, and premium-bearing endorsements. Demonstrating expertise in insurance coverage forms, Acord forms, rating plans, risk finance/deductible program mechanics, and interacting with underwriters on diverse matters. Providing analytical support to clients and offering solutions to routine problems. Dutifully respond to underwriters’ queries promptly and offer guidance to clients on submitting first claims reports, ensuring swift carrier response. Executing policy renewals as required, issuing proofs of insurance, delivering or canceling policies as needed, and preventing any lapse in coverage. Maintaining a high level of precision in managing agency and document systems. Acting independently with minimal supervision and performing other tasks as assigned by management. Staying up-to-date with industry updates and changes, facilitating exceptional client service and account development within the scope of Stephens' Core Values.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in a related field. 5+ years of related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS
