We're seeking a dynamic and top‑tier Scrum Master to join our technology and innovation team. The Scrum Master will implement agile ceremonies in support of teams designing and creating new technologies by working closely with data scientists, developers, and domain experts.
Position Overview As a Scrum Master in the Experience and Platform Engineering organization, the role fosters an Agile attitude within the team and the organization. As a servant‑leader, the Scrum Master ensures Scrum practices are effectively followed, facilitates smooth operation of Scrum ceremonies, promotes continuous improvement, removes impediments, coaches the team toward self‑organization, and creates a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
Lead daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Track sprint progress, including velocity, burndown charts, and other metrics to inform partners of the team’s status.
Help the Product Owner manage the product backlog, ensuring priority is clear and aligning with overall goals. Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to share standard processes and resolve dependencies across teams.
Identify and eliminate obstacles that could prevent the team from achieving its sprint goals.
Coach teams in Agile practices and principles to help them achieve high performance and self‑organization.
Maintain transparency of the team’s work, ensuring all work items and challenges are understood by partners.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and hands‑on experience in their implementation.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
Ability to provide scrum and other agile training to teams.
Ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments in a team environment.
Experience using Agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Whiteboard.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to facilitate collaboration across geographically distributed teams.
This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.

The salary range for this position is $87,600 to $157,700, and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
