Title: Billing Analyst. Location: Jacksonville, FL (Onsite). Employment Type: Full Time. Base pay range: $35,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr. Execute billing activities for subscription-based, usage-based, and fixed-fee services. Manage billing implementations for account changes like service additions and terminations. Review customer contracts to ensure invoices align with terms. Prepare client invoices using manual revenue calculations. Collaborate with teams to ensure proper revenue recognition. Resolve billing discrepancies by working with internal and external stakeholders. Meet deadlines for revenue recognition and invoice distribution. Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing, accounting, or finance. Proficiency in generic spreadsheet software (intermediate to advanced). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with extreme attention to detail.
