Supervise, coach, counsel, participate in hiring and firing staff. Monitor collection calls for accuracy, FDCPA compliance, and successful collection outcomes. Apply and enforce company and department policies in conjunction with the department manager. Produce collection/production reports for Supervisor/Management Review. Train subordinates and support their professional advancement. Handle 90-day/FPD buckets as needed and assist the department manager in defusing complaints or customer/debtor concerns. Handle miscellaneous duties as assigned. Demonstrate extensive FDCPA knowledge and apply its rules and regulations. Demonstrate supervisory/team lead experience and the ability to motivate staff to work as a team. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Essential Knowledge, Skills & Licenses
High school diploma (or equivalent) or higher. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the collection industry. Knowledge of collection, repossession, and skip tracing. Ability to work any and all hours, including weekends and evenings. Ability to value collateral using Manheim/KBB. Extensive knowledge of collection, repossession, and skip tracing. Expert in negotiations. Compensation
$25 per hour plus potential bonus. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hiring, based on location, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable. Benefits
