Responsibilities
Provide plans, schedules, metrics, and measures for PMRs and award fee determinations as requested by the customer.
Provide support establishing, integrating, and managing PfM processes in line with the Office, Group, Directorate, and/or Chief Information Officer (CIO) governance.
Conduct resource and technology investment reviews identifying interrelationships with other enterprise processes, cost, schedule, and performance and present/recommend improvements to the customer.
Integrate PfM investment reviews with higher order federal budget processes, deliverables, or initiatives to address formal and ad-hoc data requirements from the customer.
Support, through reports, data analysis, or as needed by the customer, compliance and oversight requirements for technology, resources, or other portfolio requirements.
Conduct RFP development, cost estimation, execution, and coordination activities.
Implement and execute customer directed process improvements.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph at time of application

BS in a related field
4+ years of demonstrated experience supporting enterprise architecture development activities such as the tasks above
NRO or IC mission experience
Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility
Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
MS in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
PfM certification(s)
Certifications related to functional responsibilities such as but not limited to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
JIRA
AGILE certification(s)
Knowledge and understanding of Intelligence Community IT Enterprise (IC ITE) service offerings, architectures, and service adoption
