About The Role: Working Pattern:

Are you a recent graduate with a degree in AIor Computer Science looking to kick-start your career in IT support? Join our team as a Graduate IT Application Support Specialist, where you'll play a key role in managing and optimising our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, MRI’s Concept Evolution.
Essential Requirements:
A degree in
Artificial Intelligence ,
Computer Science , or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Confident using and supporting business applications.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
A proactive, customer-focused attitude and eagerness to learn new systems and technologies.
Familiarity with helpdesk systems and ticket management (e.g. through university projects or internships).
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of SQL for data checks and simple queries.
Exposure to system integrations or APIs (e.g. through coursework or projects).
Understanding of enterprise applications such as ERP, HR, CRM, or CAFM.
Awareness of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
Any relevant IT certifications or training (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL Foundation).
