Desktop Support Technician
One of TEKsystems' longstanding clients is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands‑on technical support across its operational and administrative divisions. This role will be critical in supporting the department's relocation to a new facility in Antioch, TN. The technician will assist with desktop setup, helpdesk support, and vehicle IT wiring, including internet gateways and other systems.
Responsibilities
PXE booting
Microsoft 365 support
Windows 11 troubleshooting
Desktop imaging
Helpdesk support
Vehicle wiring (gateways, fuse blocks)
Coordination with IT leadership during the move
Qualifications
Experience with PXE booting and desktop imaging
General understanding of Microsoft 365 and Windows 11
Familiarity with wiring company vehicles (e.g., gateways, fuse blocks)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong troubleshooting and performance monitoring skills
CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $28.00 - $33.00/hr
