to lead the architecture, build, and operation of Ignition SCADA, OPC, SQL Server, and associated network infrastructure across multiple manufacturing plants. Job Overview
Architect, implement, and maintain multi‑plant SCADA and OT systems using the Ignition SCADA platform (by Inductive Automation) and SQL Server databases. Own the server and network stack, collaborate with Controls, IT, and Manufacturing, and deliver uptime, traceability, and actionable data. Key Benefits

Own and scale Ignition across plants, including new instances. Build and maintain HMIs, tag models, and transaction groups. Integrate via Ignition OPC and Kepware. Operate production servers (Windows/Linux) for Ignition, OPC, Python, Node‑RED, Grafana. Perform patching, upgrades, backup/restore, capacity management, and incident response. Design SQL Server schemas, administer instances, create jobs, optimize pipelines. Diagnose faults with Controls, debug PLC logic, OPC, network, and database issues. Deploy PLCs/IIoT on VLANs, manage network segmentation with IT. Configure alerting and dashboards in Ignition and Grafana for quality, process, and customer reporting. Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and documentation of designs, RCAs, and standards. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 5+ years experience in data‑driven industrial or manufacturing environments. Proven Ignition SCADA (or equivalent) expertise. Strong SQL Server administration, data modeling, and performance tuning. Programming proficiency in Python, Java, or C++. Ability to obtain BATF clearance. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Allen‑Bradley, Automation Direct PLCs. Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity requirements. Experience with MS Power BI data visualization. Competencies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking. Ability to work independently and cross‑discipline. Curious, self‑motivated, and driven to continuously improve systems. Working Conditions
Full‑time, on‑site, Phoenix, AZ. Expected travel
