to join its dynamic Litigation team. The Legal Secretary will provide complex and specialized secretarial and clerical support to assigned attorneys and paralegals, ensuring the highest level of service and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Draft, transcribe, redline, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings. Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally and maintain client relationships. Review, date-stamp, docket, and route incoming correspondence and pleadings. Enter attorney/paralegal time daily in Intapp and maintain accurate records. Create, maintain, and organize files; ensure compliance with Information Governance policies. Assist with new business intake, including conflict checks, client/matter forms, and engagement letters. Prepare and process expense reports, reimbursements, and related accounting forms. Arrange messenger, copy center, and facsimile requests; handle sensitive copies in-house. Support business development by maintaining attorney contact information in the CRM system. Coordinate attorney travel in accordance with firm policies. Review and process prebills, maintain calendars, and schedule meetings. Draft, file, and serve litigation pleadings and discovery documents, including electronic filing per state, federal, and local rules. Maintain dockets and deadlines for pleadings and case matters. Provide assistance to other secretaries and attorneys as needed. Perform legal research when requested and other duties as assigned. Skills & Experience

Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, iManage, and other firm applications (after training). Ability to work overtime as needed. Strong typing skills with speed and accuracy. Knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and filing procedures. Preferred

Prior litigation secretarial experience. College degree or business college certificate. Competencies

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, proofreading, and attention to detail.
