3+ years of experience
to support major energy, mining, and development projects across California. About the Role Advise major energy, mining, and development companies on
CEQA, NEPA, mitigation/conservation banking, the Williamson Act , and other land use matters Handle high-level permitting, transactional, and litigation tasks for complex projects Develop solutions for clients navigating state and federal environmental laws Conduct legal research, draft memoranda, negotiate, and interact directly with clients, agencies, and stakeholders Collaborate with a close-knit team of experienced attorneys in a boutique setting known for excellence and quality of life 2+ years
of relevant California land use and environmental experience Expertise in
CEQA, NEPA
required;
CESA, ESA, mitigation/conservation banking
experience a plus Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills Member of the
California Bar Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; able to manage complex matters with minimal oversight Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between
$150,000 – $250,000+ DOE . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
