About Us We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including collections, probate and trust planning and administration, personal injury, civil litigation, environmental law, and commercial real estate. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of issues including contracts, wills, trusts, pleadings, personal injury, trust planning, probate, collections, environmental law, and commercial real estate.
Draft, review, and negotiate various types of legal documents.
Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings.
Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and legal strategy development.
Advise on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on complex legal matters.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with timely updates and ensuring their legal needs are met.
Contribute to the development and implementation of our organization’s legal strategy.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Must be a member in good standing of the Ohio Bar.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong background in contracts, wills, trusts, pleadings, personal injury, trust planning, probate, collections, environmental law, and commercial real estate.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of cases and work under pressure.
Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of professional integrity and ethics.
