Role Description
Addair Entsminger PLLC seeks a full-time litigation associate to work in its Charleston, West Virginia office. The successful candidate's practice will be primarily focused on the litigation of employment discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims on behalf of employees, along with a few other civil litigation practice areas. Duties will include motion practice, appearance at routine hearings, the taking of depositions, drafting and responding to written discovery, and other litigation-related duties as assigned. Pay will be commensurate with experience. Qualifications
2-5 years of litigation experience preferred Strong legal research and writing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Self Motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Relevant experience in labor and employment law is preferred but not required Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-approved law school Active member in good standing of the Bar and licensed to practice in West Virginia Seniority level
