The Casino Host is responsible for providing customer service and assistance to VIP players, as well as all guests in Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia's high limit rooms and around the casino as needed. The Casino Host ensures the highest quality of service to provide guests with a favorable gaming experience. They also assist with guest functions to promote guest retention and repeat business. Responsibilities

Interact and build relationships with guests, focusing on higher denomination zones. Explain the benefits of the Player’s Reward Club and encourage enrollment. Respond to guest’s special complimentary requests and make profitable decisions based on company policies. Develop and maintain personalized relationships with guests, monitoring their complimentary use and status. Make appropriate complimentary decisions for guests regarding off-site sporting suites and event tickets, adhering to company policies. Handle and respond to guest complaints to ensure positive outcomes. Assist with planning and executing parties, promotions, special events, and tournaments. Develop qualified guests to increase their play in higher denomination zones, using online systems to monitor activity. Ensure compliance with departmental controls, policies, procedures, and regulations. Extend compliments in accordance with the property’s comp matrix. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills to Help You Succeed

2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, marketing, hospitality management, or gaming. At least 2 years of direct customer interaction experience. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as required by the State Gaming Agency. Professional, mature, positive, and confident demeanor. Ability to work collaboratively within and outside the department. Knowledge of gaming regulations and ability to recognize problem gaming signs. Flexibility to work a varied and irregular schedule. Qualifications

Must-Haves: 2-5 years of experience in customer service, marketing, hospitality management, or gaming. Two years of direct customer interaction experience. Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by regulatory entities. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for 50% of the time. What We Offer
