Recognize erroneous or unexpected results, interpret, and analyze results and make suggestions based on your analysis and conclusions. Interpret and analyze results, make suggestions on path forward and contribute to formulating work plans and managing daily workflow. Independently adapt new methodology to current projects.**What You’ll Do:*** Be part of a dedicated crew that pollinates wheat in controlled environments.* Conduct experiments to completion, according to specific procedures, exercising independent judgment and discretion as appropriate.* Summarize results of experiments, noting problem areas, while recommending actions to be taken within standard procedures.* Daily greenhouse plant care, including pollinating, transplanting, watering, harvesting and seed handling for corn, soybean, and other crops (some activities take place in a warm, humid greenhouse with pollen present year-round).* Interact with clients from many different groups within Corteva to collaborate on Controlled Environment work.* Data collection, analysis, and reporting of key metrics of the Controlled Environment process is a major portion of the role.* Collect phenotypic data.**What Skills You Need:*** Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of agriculture or horticulture preferred.* 1-2 years of related experience required. Preferred areas of experience include greenhouse plant care, agronomy, field pollinations, horticulture, or biology research.
