As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution setting, helping to deter security‑related incidents and supporting a secure environment. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible, and provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule:

Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or security‑related incidents as per site protocols.

Assist visitors and employees with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed.

Complete required reports and logs in a timely and accurate manner.

What We’re Looking For:

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security‑related experience, or possess a college degree.

Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
