Duke Pain Medicine seeks a Pain Anesthesiologist with Perioperative and Chronic Pain Expertise
The Department of Anesthesiology at Duke University Medical Center
is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Pain Medicine specialist. Candidates must be Board-Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. Ideal candidates have experience providing care across the perioperative spectrum, including pre-operative optimization, acute pain management, and outpatient medical and interventional treatments. Position involves 10-25% inpatient work along with OR and outpatient responsibilities. Strong clinical, interventional, and communication skills are critical. Ideal candidates will also have demonstrated ability to lead a multidisciplinary care team. Salary and title will be commensurate with training and experience.
