Located on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28‑acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms, 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets. Seasonal Shift:
Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Pay Rate:
$17.40 per hour Responsibilities
Greet guests and respond to inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Mix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards. Serve beverages to guests and check for proper identification. Accurately total, process, and collect payments using the point‑of‑sale system, handling money, processing cards, and making change. Stock and maintain the bar, including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce. Cut, store, and ensure product quality of all beverage‑related perishables. Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained; demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws. Qualifications
County of San Diego Food Handlers Card and RBS Certification are required. Demonstrate Hilton values: Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, and a sense of urgency and discipline. Key attributes: Quality, Productivity, Dependability, Customer Focus, Adaptability. Work Location
