We believe in growing dynamic leaders and have a structured Administrator or Executive Director in Training Program (EDIT). The program focuses on hands‑on training and work experience in all aspects of facility operations, compliance, financial management and quality care.
Program Highlights

Structured path to lead a facility as an Executive Director.
Responsibilities Throughout the program you will provide leadership, direction and administration of daily operations, develop and maintain policies and procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, manage facility maintenance and execute improvement projects to enhance resident experience and financial performance. Upon completion, the Executive Director will manage all operational, administrative, clinical, guest‑relations, and fiscal activities for the facility.
Qualifications
Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license issued by the state of Michigan.
3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably skilled nursing facility.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (Public Health Administration, Business Administration or a health‑related degree).
Progressive career history with increasing responsibilities and minimal employment gaps.
Strong work ethic, collaborative style, people skills and the ability to engage guests, families, staff and leadership.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making and conflict‑resolution skills.
Flexibility to work varied hours and be on call as required.
Licensure Required: Nursing Home Administrator (NHA). This is a full‑time position.
