This is a full-time on-site role located in Boca Raton, FL for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, including providing general administrative support, managing phone calls, assisting executives with administrative tasks, and performing clerical duties. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Executive Administrative Assistance experience Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
