Overview
River Stone Fellowship is seeking a full-time Executive Pastor of Discipleship to partner with the Lead Pastor and Elders in aligning all ministries with our mission of being a Jesus-centered family, making disciples who reach the world with the Gospel. This role provides oversight and care for staff and ministry leaders, develops and strengthens the River Stone’s discipleship pathway, and ensures ministries work together to present everyone mature in Christ (Col. 1:28–29). We are seeking a Biblically qualified shepherd who is doctrinally sound, relationally wise, and passionate about equipping the Church for making disciples.
