Compensation and Benefits . Position Summary:

The Specially Designed Instruction Coordinator will serve as a guide and resource for educators to effectively implement specially designed instruction across the district. This role emphasizes coaching, supporting, and mentoring teachers in evidence-based strategies and curriculum to improve outcomes for students with disabilities. The Coordinator collaborates with school teams and district leadership to ensure compliance, promote instructional fidelity, and enhance student achievement. Minimum Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor’s degree in special education or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Experience:

At least three (3) years in special education, including implementation of specially designed instruction; experience in mentoring, coaching, or professional development. Knowledge & Licenses:

Possess or able to obtain a valid Oklahoma teaching certificate in Special Education; familiarity with federal and state special education laws; in-depth knowledge of specially designed instruction and evidence-based practices; proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with educational technology tools; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
