This position reports to the Manager, Credit Cards. The Credit Card Member Service Representative will prepare and establish new credit card accounts for underwriting, process responses, and perform routine account maintenance. Responsible for assisting in problem resolutions and acting on requests for information relating to credit card accounts. Requirements
Must have graduated from high school or equivalent, and a minimum of two years of customer service experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Must have experience or ability to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job. Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to the position. Must comply with all company policies, procedures, and all job-related laws and regulations. Principal Accountabilities
Prepares credit card applications for underwriting within established guidelines. Sets up and verifies new credit card accounts. Processes card orders, balance transfers, travel alerts, and credit line increases. Remains active on the credit cards call queue to answer credit card related questions from members and Landmark employees. Resolves inquiries submitted through ticketing system related to credit cards. Gathers data, including statement copies, for collections, legal, and member requests. Reviews requests related to rewards maintenance. Approves digital wallet tokens. Performs other duties as assigned.
