Be apart of something great!**Position Highlights****Position Summary**We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Electrophysiology (EP) cardiology team. This unique position offers a hybrid model, with four weeks dedicated to ambulatory clinic care and one week on inpatient service in a rotating schedule. The APP will collaborate closely with EP physicians, cardiology colleagues, nurses, and the broader care team to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.**Key Responsibilities**Ambulatory EP:* Provide evaluation and management of patients with arrhythmias, device management (pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders), and other EP conditions.* Conduct follow-up visits, new patient evaluations, stress testing and pre-/post-procedure assessments.* Manage remote and in-office device interrogations in collaboration with device clinic staff.* Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment plans, and long-term management strategies.* Collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, medication adjustments, and procedural referrals.Inpatient EP/General Cardiology:* Provide consultative EP care for hospitalized patients.* Manage inpatient, arrhythmia management, and pre-/post-procedure care.* Assist with admissions, discharges, and daily rounding with the EP in collaboration with the cardiology service.* Coordinate care with other specialties as needed.**General Duties:*** Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical projects.* Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and other staff.* Support outreach and patient access efforts if needed.**Qualifications:*** Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in [state].* National certification (ANCC/AANP for NP or NCCPA for PA).* Experience in cardiology or electrophysiology strongly preferred.* Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both clinic and hospital settings.**Schedule: rotating schedule between staff.*** ambulatory (outpatient clinic)- 4 days a week* inpatient (hospital service) 5 days a week* Rotating schedule, full-time, with potential for occasional evening/weekend coverage as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
