Club Pilates is actively seeking Certified Pilates Instructors to join our growing family.

POSITION:
The ideal candidate is passionate about Pilates and helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. If you are energetic, friendly, eager to learn, and capable of building relationships with clients while leading dynamic apparatus-focused routines (using equipment like Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, TRX, spring boards, ballet barre, and more), you will be a great addition to our team. We seek instructors confident working with all levels, providing challenging, safe, fitness-based Pilates classes. Benefits include blocked scheduling, multiple level classes, club membership, continuing education, employee status (not independent contractor), room for growth, and a supportive, fun environment. REQUIREMENTS:
Current full apparatus Pilates certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalent Experience teaching group classes Ability to effectively instruct group reformer classes Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style Ability to incorporate a contemporary approach to classical exercises Punctual, reliable, and dedicated Desire to develop a successful business in an entrepreneurial environment Strong customer service focus with professional communication skills Experience with club management software or ability to learn systems like Club Ready RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver Pilates group reformer classes according to Club Pilates standards Instruct clients (up to 12 per class) using proper form and safe methods on various equipment including Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, hand weights, etc. Conduct private, semi-private, demo, or additional sessions as needed Inspect equipment prior to each class for safety and proper functioning Maintain a clean and organized workout environment Assist with membership sales and client check-in Promote retail, membership, and service sales to increase studio revenue Motivate and inspire clients, embodying our motto: "Do Pilates. Do Life." COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Pay based on experience and performance: $16 to $50 per hour Eligible for sales commissions Opportunity to earn bonuses Unlimited growth potential within the company
