Dependent on experience Your main responsibilities will include: Teaching Biology across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, preparing students for GCSE and A Level examinations. Designing and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire curiosity and build confidence. Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement. Bringing learning to life with hands-on experiments, fieldwork, and innovative teaching approaches. Contributing to enrichment opportunities, including STEM activities, clubs, or school events. Supporting the wider life of the school through collaboration, commitment, and pastoral care. About You
We are seeking a teacher who has: A degree in Biology (or a related field) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). The ability to teach Biology confidently across Key Stages 3–5, including GCSE and A Level. A proven track record of excellent classroom practice, with the ability to inspire and motivate students. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and adaptable approach. A genuine passion for Biology and a commitment to fostering a lifelong love of learning in pupils.
