Florida Licensed Land Surveyor

Job description: We are looking for an experienced Florida Licensed Land Surveyor to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing survey maps and collaborating with Cad Technicians and Field Crew on various projects. This role is primarily an office position with occasional site visits. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with survey equipment, and knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Conduct boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction staking, and as-built surveys Oversee the preparation of plats, legal descriptions, survey reports, and provide final review and sign & seal Draft survey maps and plats using AutoCAD Civil 3D Research and evaluate land records, deeds, and legal descriptions Coordinate with project managers, field crews, and clients Ensure survey work meets regulatory and quality standards Perform surveys for telecommunication sites, including: FAA 1A and 2C certifications Structure height verification, ground elevation determination, and antenna centerline measurement Boundary, Topographic, and As-Built Surveys Support for access easement planning and utility routing Ensuring compliance with FAA and FCC guidelines

Qualifications: 3+ years' experience as a Florida Licensed Professional Land Surveyor Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble, Leica, and GPS systems Strong understanding of boundary law, zoning, and FAA/FCC regulations Valid Florida driver's license Preferred Qualifications Experience with commercial real estate ALTA/NSPS surveys Experience performing FAA tower certifications (1A/2C) Familiarity with telecommunications site development and permitting Team leadership and supervision experience Apply Today!
