Located off Medical Park Road near Chatham Hospital in Siler City, NC, Primary Care at Chatham provides medical care to a diverse population, including patients with chronic conditions and special needs. We partner with families to promote healthy lifestyles, treating the whole person—physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
