As part of LSA’s network of Independently Contracted Interpreters, you will facilitate communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community in various settings including medical, legal, and customer service. LSA is continuously accepting qualified interpreters for a wide range of assignments. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service Follow the Code of Professional Conduct, maintaining confidentiality Adhere to all policies, procedures, and interpretation protocols Complete required training and participate in ongoing quality assurance Qualifications and Experience
Full fluency in English and Spanish Knowledge of industry best practices (professionalism, courtesy, confidentiality) Ability to deliver high-quality client service Access to personal or public transportation At least 2 years of professional interpreting experience (preferred) Industry certifications (e.g., CMI, CCHI) are a plus Additional Details
