Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst Location: Columbus, Ohio - Hybrid Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000 annually Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role
I’m currently recruiting 2 Senior FP&A Analysts in Columbus. In these roles, you’ll take ownership of core financial processes including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and executive reporting. You’ll work cross-functionally with business leaders to ensure data-driven decisions that directly impact strategic goals. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with 2-3+ years of FP&A experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong technical skills in Planful, Power BI, and NetSuite. M&A exposure and software implementation experience are strong pluses. Key Responsibilities
Forecasting & Planning: Maintain the company\'s financial planning and forecasting tools (monthly, quarterly, and annual); Partner closely with accounting and finance to ensure integrated planning and reporting; Support accurate forecasting and budgeting processes, including identifying key business drivers Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze monthly financial results and variances against budget and prior year; Develop and deliver timely reports using Power BI and other systems; Prepare pro forma P&Ls, business plans, and ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives; Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders Month-End Close Support: Support the close process for fixed costs, ensuring accurate and timely journal entries and reconciliations; Partner with accounting to review and post journal entries; Contribute to the monthly executive financial package and board-level presentations Strategic Support: Collaborate with the CFO and leadership team to support M&A analysis, budgeting, and scenario modeling; Support software implementation initiatives and process automation; Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting on key KPIs across departments; Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational risks proactively Qualifications & Competencies
2-3+ years of FP&A experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong experience with Power BI analytics and dashboarding for FP&A Hands-on experience with Planful (or similar FP&A software) or NetSuite ERP Advanced Excel skills and fluency in financial modeling Familiarity with software implementation projects and M&A financial support Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing competing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders Preferred Experience
