Kona Medical Consulting is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Learning Path ABA Services, located in Grand Blanc, Michigan, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The BCBA will design and oversee individualized ABA programs, collaborate closely with families, and provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavioral Technicians (BTs). Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support for RBTs, BTs, and clinical staff. Collect, analyze, and review client data to guide decision-making. Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across home and other environments. Ensure services align with BACB ethical guidelines and insurance requirements. Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and professional development. Pay Range And Benefits
Base pay range: $69,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Salary: $70,000.00 annually Benefits
