Manager, Grants and Education BioSpace is seeking a Manager to lead the strategic execution of medical education grants within the US Medical Affairs organization. The role collaborates closely with Medical Information & Education, Medical Research & Strategy, and cross‑functional teams to align grant decisions with therapeutic area objectives.

Responsibilities

Collect, review, and make decisions on assigned therapeutic area (TA) educational grants and/or sponsorships in collaboration with relevant Medical Affairs stakeholders.

Design and implement internal communication plans to share educational and project outcomes metrics for the assigned therapeutic area(s).

Perform operational duties such as collecting and triaging grant submissions, organizing submissions to the Programs Grants Committee, and securing Letters of Agreement and/or Statements of Work.

Act as an IME TA strategic point‑person for interacting with grant requestors (academic institutions, professional societies, medical education providers) and internal partners, including grant review teams.

Manage the strategic review, approval, and evaluation of educational grants, implementing decisions in a fiscally responsible manner, ensuring alignment with strategy and objectives, and making budget adjustments in response to changing business needs.

Closely track and observe key educational initiatives and analyze the final evaluation reports from grant recipients, effectively translating and communicating results across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s Degree, PharmD or PhD preferred).

Four or more years overall related experience or commensurate education/experience, with at least two of the four years being relevant professional experience.

One or more years of experience in Medical Affairs (or direct relevant comparison) with expertise in Oncology and Medical Education or commensurate education/experience preferred.

One or more years of proven track record of working successfully with cross‑functional teams, as well as collaborating with and influencing leadership.

Travel Ability to travel up to 5% domestically.

Salary Range $116,400.00 - $174,600.00
